MyoSimplified includes built-in HIPAA video sessions. Clients join from their portal — no downloads and no third-party accounts.
Turning it on
Telehealth is available on the Clinical plan. Once active, any appointment can be marked as a video visit.
How clients join
A join button appears in the client portal fifteen minutes before the appointment and stays available until thirty minutes after the start time.
