Clients in care or on hold count toward your 10. When someone finishes, their spot opens right away. Prospective and waitlisted clients and contacts never count.

What happens when I reach 10?

Nothing is locked. When you start an 11th client, you can move to Professional in one click, and everything comes with you.

Do my office staff cost extra?

No. On Professional and Growth, practice manager, scheduler and biller roles are free. Only clinicians use a paid seat.

Is AI an extra charge on Growth?

No. Every AI feature is included in the plan and on every Growth seat.
