Build the plan

Expand a phase and tick the areas your plan should cover. Add your own instructions under each one.
Before the release
Step 1 of 5 · Typically the weeks beforehand
Pre-release preparation is widely described as improving tolerance of aftercare and reducing the chance of restriction reforming. Many providers will not schedule a release without it.
ScopeThis tool provides structure, not a clinical protocol. It deliberately contains no exercise prescriptions, timings, or dosages, because appropriate aftercare depends on the release performed, the patient’s age, and the presentation — and must come from the treating clinician. It is a planning aid for qualified providers, not instructions for patients or parents. Always follow the releasing provider’s post-operative directions.

Assign it instead of printing it

In MyoSimplified you build the programme once, assign it to a client with videos and step-by-step instructions, and see whether they actually did it — which is the part that decides whether a release holds.
