Build the note, the form, the consent and the report once — then let the platform keep them current.
Notes, intake forms, consent forms and the reports you send to providers are built from the same set of field types. Learning it once covers every document your practice produces, and a change to how you work is an edit rather than a request to a vendor.
A measurement field does not just record a number in prose — finalizing the note writes that reading into the client’s chart, so the measure charts itself over time without anyone entering it twice. An exercise review field pulls the client’s current program and their portal completions into the note, so what you are reviewing is what they were actually given.
Consents, financial policies and practice agreements go out for electronic signature and return attached to the client record, so someone arriving for an evaluation has already signed what they need to sign. Agreements are kept one current row per type rather than a stack of versions, and client uploads sit alongside the documents you sent.
Start from a platform template and make it yours. When we improve the original, the affected template shows an update notice — take the update, or keep your wording. Your edits are never replaced without you choosing it, and keeping yours silences that version rather than every future one.
We are opening to new practices soon. Be first to know.
