The list you would have made yourself, if you had time to go looking.
Detectors run against the whole caseload and raise the things a person would only catch by going client by client: a client whose practice has dropped off, a note left unsigned, a course of care with no next appointment booked. They arrive as items you clear, not as a badge you learn to ignore.
Anything you add by hand sits alongside what the platform raised, because a to-do list in a second app is a to-do list nobody reads. Each item can carry a time estimate, and the Desk totals them so you can see whether what is left is twenty minutes or the rest of the afternoon.
Work the queue one client at a time, with the chart open beside it, so a flagged item is resolved where the context already is rather than by hunting back through the record. The panel keeps its place as you move between clients.
We are opening to new practices soon. Be first to know.
